Display and Design
The LG K51S shares the same body design as the LG K61 in terms of appearance. It features a slim shell with a smooth surface that houses the camera, an LED flash, and a fingerprint reader.
In addition, the curved edges make it easy to handle. The phone’s measurements are 165.2 x 76.7 x 8.2 mm, and it comes in a variety of colors.
The punch hole on the left side still allows for a larger, 6.5-inch screen with an IPS LCD capacitive touchscreen. In comparison to the K61, the resolution has fallen to 720 x 1600 pixels with a 270 PPI density.
It also has a taller 20:9 aspect ratio than the latter and is narrower. The phone’s screen has an 80.5 percent screen-to-body ratio and has display protection.
The smartphone’s camera setup remains the same as before, with quad cameras. A 32MP primary camera, a 5MP ultra wide camera, a 2MP macro camera, and a 2MP depth helper are all on the back.
LED flash, panoramic, HDR, and 2K video resolution are all included in the camera. The front camera is a 13 MP selfie camera.
Hardware and software
A 2.3GHz octa-core chipset is installed on the inside, although the manufacturer and model are unknown. The SOC features an average of 64GB of built-in storage and 3GB of RAM.
The hood has a micro SD card slot for an additional 2TB of storage. Android 10 is the operating system on which the LG K51S is based.
Network and Battery
The LG K51S is powered by a non-removable 4000mAh battery that, while lacking fast charging technology, promises to last all day when fully charged.
For speedy browsing and downloading, the dual SIM slot features a 4G LTE network. MIL-STD 810G compliance, Bluetooth 5.0, NFC, a Google Assistant Button, a USB-C connector, an audio jack, and DTS:X 3D Surround Sound are among the device’s other features.
